The Human Resources Intern Diversity will support the HR Transformation goals through analysis, communication and implementation of Diversity initiatives and programs covering retention and attraction of “Women in Leadership” positions, as well as other topics related to “New Countries” and “Generation Y”. This is a great opportunity to learn, contribute and gain insights in to the transformation process of an international organisation.
The internship will start in January 2018 for a period of 3 months.
You will have the opportunity to:
Coordinate with the dynamic Transformation/Human Resources team of Advisors/Managers the creation, communication and coordination of Diversity activities to ensure that current state is evaluated, that a process in in place for attraction and retention, that Managers are aware of this process, and development needs of current and future “Females in Leadership” required to effectively support organizational objectives are considered. Interviewing, follow-up and action implementation in alignment with Business Requirements.
Establish and maintain efficient and positive working relationships with the Business and other peer groups in HR beyond the local site.
Support Human Resources Transformation Diversity processes including interviewing, training and policy development, while respecting all policies related to Data Protection and sensitive/confidential information. Tracking of Diversity related information and follow-up on any outstanding actions to ensure records are complete.
Complete various administrative tasks such as preparing and filling in Manuals, Interview Invites, Screening Reports, Action Logs and other Reporting activity.
Assist and support Organisation and HR Advisors in special projects. Other duties as assigned.
Students currently enrolled in a university of Applied Sciences, ideally in areas such as Social Sciences, Human Resources, Psychology, Business or Project Management
Having first practical experience in HR, Gender Studies, Psychology, Recruitment, Talent Management
Are specialized or cross-functional knowledge in communications, training and business administration (internship or vocational training)
Have knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Ability to speak and write business level English. German language skills are considered a plus
