We are cur­rently loo­king to recruit an Intern in Human Resour­ces- Diver­sity (m/w) at our loca­tion in Ber­lin.



Work­ing field:

The Human Resour­ces Intern Diver­sity will sup­port the HR Trans­for­ma­tion goals through ana­ly­sis, com­mu­ni­ca­tion and imple­men­ta­tion of Diver­sity initia­ti­ves and pro­grams cover­ing reten­tion and attrac­tion of “Women in Lea­dership” posi­ti­ons, as well as other topics rela­ted to “New Coun­tries” and “Gene­ra­tion Y”. This is a great oppor­tu­nity to learn, cont­ri­bute and gain insights in to the trans­for­ma­tion pro­cess of an inter­na­tio­nal orga­ni­sa­tion.

The internship will start in Janu­ary 2018 for a period of 3 months.

You will have the oppor­tu­nity to:
  • Coor­di­nate with the dyna­mic Trans­for­ma­tion/Human Resour­ces team of Advi­sors/Mana­gers the crea­tion, com­mu­ni­ca­tion and coor­di­na­tion of Diver­sity activi­ties to ensure that cur­rent state is eva­lua­ted, that a pro­cess in in place for attrac­tion and reten­tion, that Mana­gers are aware of this pro­cess, and deve­lop­ment needs of cur­rent and future “Fema­les in Lea­dership” requi­red to effec­tively sup­port orga­niza­t­io­nal objec­tives are con­side­red. Inter­view­ing, fol­low-up and action imple­men­ta­tion in ali­gn­ment with Busi­ness Requi­re­ments.
  • Esta­blish and main­tain effi­ci­ent and posi­tive working rela­ti­ons­hips with the Busi­ness and other peer groups in HR bey­ond the local site.
  • Sup­port Human Resour­ces Trans­for­ma­tion Diver­sity pro­ces­ses inclu­ding inter­view­ing, trai­ning and policy deve­lop­ment, while respec­ting all poli­cies rela­ted to Data Pro­tec­tion and sen­si­tive/con­fi­den­tial infor­ma­tion. Tracking of Diver­sity rela­ted infor­ma­tion and fol­low-up on any out­stan­ding actions to ensure records are com­plete.
  • Com­plete various admi­nis­tra­tive tasks such as pre­pa­ring and fil­ling in Manu­als, Inter­view Invi­tes, Scree­ning Reports, Action Logs and other Reporting activity.
  • Assist and sup­port Orga­ni­sa­tion and HR Advi­sors in spe­cial pro­jects. Other duties as assi­gned.


  • Stu­dents cur­rently enrol­led in a uni­ver­sity of App­lied Sci­en­ces, ide­ally in areas such as Social Sci­en­ces, Human Resour­ces, Psy­cho­logy, Busi­ness or Pro­ject Manage­ment
  • Having first prac­tical expe­ri­ence in HR, Gen­der Stu­dies, Psy­cho­logy, Recruit­ment, Talent Manage­ment
  • Are spe­cia­li­zed or cross-func­tio­nal know­ledge in com­mu­ni­ca­ti­ons, trai­ning and busi­ness admi­nis­tra­tion (internship or voca­tio­nal trai­ning)
  • Have know­ledge of Excel, Power­Point, MS Out­look
  • Ability to speak and write busi­ness level Eng­lish. Ger­man lan­guage skills are con­side­red a plus
