Work­ing field:

  • Par­ti­cip­a­tion in course devel­op­ment
  • Inde­pend­ent organ­iz­a­tion and exe­cu­tion of exer­cises and clas­ses in Tech­no­logy and Innov­a­tion Man­age­ment
  • (Co-)Super­vi­sion of sem­inar, Bach­elor, and Mas­ter the­ses
  • Devel­op­ment of new learn­ing and teach­ing approa­ches
  • Selec­ted admin­is­trat­ive tasks
  • Par­ti­cip­a­tion in empir­ical rese­arch pro­jects in Tech­no­logy and Innov­a­tion Man­age­ment
  • Oppor­tun­ity to pur­sue a PhD on a Tech­no­logy and Innov­a­tion Man­age­ment topic
  • We wel­come ini­ti­at­ives for spend­ing some rese­arch time at an excel­lent inter­na­tio­nal uni­ver­sity

Our rese­arch team is inter­ested in improv­ing the con­cep­tual under­stand­ing of organ­iz­a­tio­nal and beha­vi­oral aspects of innov­a­tion man­age­ment. We seek to enrich man­age­ment prac­tice through a quant­it­at­ive empir­ical approach, val­id­at­ing our con­cep­tu­ally roo­ted rese­arch hypo­the­ses. Pro­jects are pla­ced in dif­fer­ent app­lic­a­tion areas and con­texts, like health-care and pharma innov­a­tion, imple­ment­a­tion of block-chain solu­tions, or lead­er­ship and organ­iz­a­tion of dis­trib­uted rese­arch and devel­op­ment teams

Require­ments:

  • Suc­cess­fully com­ple­ted uni­ver­sity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) wit­hin rel­ev­ant sub­jects (e.g., Indus­trial Engin­eer­ing and Man­age­ment, Inform­a­tion Sys­tems Man­age­ment, Busi­ness Math­em­at­ics, Innov­a­tion Man­age­ment, Entre­pren­eur­ship and Sus­tain­ab­il­ity)
  • Sound know­ledge of tech­no­logy and innov­a­tion man­age­ment
  • Exper­i­ence with social sci­ence empir­ical rese­arch meth­ods
  • Excel­lent pro­fi­ciency in using stand­ard office pro­grams
  • Very good Eng­lish cap­ab­il­it­ies in writ­ing and speak­ing
  • Inte­rest in pur­su­ing inde­pend­ent rese­arch pro­jects in rel­ev­ant areas like tech­no­logy and innov­a­tion man­age­ment, pro­ject man­age­ment, pro­duct design, etc.
