Intern Retail Oper­a­tions (m/f – 100%)

In this chal­len­ging intern­ship, you are in a headquar­ters pos­i­tion and work closely with the local plat­forms, which gives an inter­na­tional dimen­sion to this intern­ship. In this pos­i­tion you will report dir­ectly to the Pro­ject Man­ager Retail Oper­a­tions

Start Date: Novem­ber 2018 


  • Sup­port­ing the Retail Sales & Oper­a­tions Man­ager in all his daily tasks
  • Sup­port­ing global imple­ment­a­tion of quant­it­at­ive and qual­it­at­ive meas­ures to enhance the
IWC cli­ent exper­i­ence
  • Set-up of dif­fer­ent report­ings and shar­ing them with the global mar­kets
  • Shar­ing best prac­tice imple­ment­a­tion between all of IWC’s boutiques
  • Research and setup of present­a­tions
  • Ini­ti­at­ing and imple­ment­ing retail related pro­jects



Mas­ter Stu­dent in Busi­ness, Eco­nom­ics, Mar­ket­ing, Sales or sim­ilar field
  • First exper­i­ence in the field of Sales / Retail / Mar­ket­ing
  • Strong ana­lyt­ical and pro­ject man­age­ment skills
  • Ded­ic­ated and highly motiv­ated indi­vidual with high affin­ity to our brand and strong enthu­si­asm for our products
  • Hands-On Men­tal­ity
  • Strong cus­tomer ser­vice mind­set
  • Very good com­puter know­ledge and at ease with dif­fer­ent soft­ware solu­tions, espe­cially Excel(SAP know­ledge is an asset)
  • Flu­ent in Eng­lish, Ger­man or French would be a plus
