Work­ing field:

TOAST­ING LIFE TOGETHER

Cam­pari Group is open­ing the applic­a­tion for its Gradu­ate Pro­gram 2019-2020, an 18-month cross-coun­try rota­tional devel­op­ment path designed around three func­tional streams: Mar­ket­ing, Fin­ance and Human Resources.

  • Develop the Cam­pari inter­na­tional Man­agers of the Future
  • Provide exper­i­ence in dif­fer­ent coun­tries and mar­kets ofCam­pari Group
  • Accel­er­ate the growth within the Com­pany and the per­form­ance res­ults

With total dur­a­tion of 18 months, the Pro­gram includes:
  • 3 rota­tions x 6 months each
  • start­ing from the headquar­ters in Milan, Italy
  • trans­fer to another coun­try within Cam­pari Group (Global scope)
Selec­tion: from Octo­ber to Decem­ber 2018
Dur­a­tion of the Pro­gram: from April 2019 to Octo­ber 2020
The Pro­gram offers the fol­low­ing Value Pro­pos­i­tion:
  • to the best 6 to 10 can­did­ates
  • a 3-month “touch & feel” Intern­period
  • A full-time Italian per­man­ent employ­ment con­tract from the 4thmonth

Require­ments:

  • Mas­ter’s/5-year degree (a total of 5 years of study -an addi­tional 1-2 years after com­ple­tion of the Bach­elor. Degree can be obtained dur­ing the first 6 months of the Pro­gram)
  • Degrees in Eco­nom­ics or Man­age­ment are pre­ferred, Inter­na­tional Degrees are pre­ferred

Inter­na­tional Exper­i­ence (work/study/life) in:
  • Mar­ket­ing, Fin­ance, Human Resources (or dif­fer­ent)
  • Pro­fi­ciency in Eng­lish is a must
  • An addi­tional European Lan­guage is a plus
  • Italian lan­guage is not a man­dat­ory require­ment, but a plus
  • Exper­i­ence in lead­ing pro­jects/start-ups/lead­ing roles in organ­iz­a­tions, etc. can be a plus

  • Motiv­ated to work in a fast-mov­ing envir­on­ment
  • Flex­ible & able to cope with com­plex­ity
  • Pro­act­ive & Change Agent
  • Will­ing to con­stantly improve

What we of­fer:

A func­tion­alshort-term path, evolving as per Cam­pari Group Busi­ness needs
In its second edi­tion the Pro­gram is cov­er­ing three func­tional areas:
  • Mar­ket­ing
  • Fin­ance
  • Human Resources

3 months of intern­ship, after that a per­man­ent Con­tract (30k AGBS + local bene­fits, i.e. sup­port for hous­ing).
  • Relo­ca­tion costs for the Rota­tions out­side of Italy fully covered by the Com­pany

From Octo­ber 2020 Land­ing Pos­i­tions as**:
  • Jr. Mar­ket­ing
  • Fin­an­cial Ana­lyst
  • Jr. HR

with a Per­man­ent Con­tract, AGBS + local bene­fits as per the local policies
